I got the opportunity to talk to a girl, and lead her to Christ. I went over to talk to her, and her friend was like: “She wants to become a Christian!” I then asked her about it and she said she wanted to. Her friend had taken her to youth group numerous amounts of times so she knew what being a Christian was like more or less. I asked her what it meant to her and what it would mean. She gave me a really great answer and basically said that she wanted to see things through Gods eyes and try to love like He loves. I told her a little bit more as well. Then I asked her again, “do you want to become a Christian?” She said she wanted to again so I then prayed the prayer with her. Her and her friend were so excited after that. It was great!!
Anywyas, that was a couple days ago now. I havent gotten the opportunity to write on my blog for such a long time it feels like.. I have been so busy.
Days feel like weeks and weeks feel like months. Partially its because we have been pulling a few 18-20 hour days.. It gets so tiring and overwhelming.
The events have been going really great however and our team has continued to grow together.
This past night and tongiht, we are in Kayla (one of the team members) home town. We got the blessing of stayin in her house and FINALLY having a REAL day off. It was such a great day.
I miss days off like this where you can laze around and watch movies, sleep, sleep, sleep, do make up and hair, make fun videos, sleep, do laundry, hang out with the team and ya.. it was such a great day not doing ANYTHING!
Anyways! sorry i havent blogged much! been an intense few days with the loaddss of driving and such!
